  1. Career Awareness and Preparation
    • Aids students in course and subject selection to maximize career opportunities
    • Disseminates occupational information to students and to classes.
    • Supervises the preparation and processing of college, scholarship and employment applications (for graduating seniors?), as well as work permits for students under the age of 16.
    • Provides information to colleges and potential employers according to the provisions of the Board’s policy on student records.  
    • Ensures students are on track to graduate
    • Compiles information relating to class rank and individual grade point average.
    • Coordinates dual credit enrollment
    • Supervises the work study program and student financial aid applications
    • Assists with graduation activities and awards ceremonies
    • Serves as the Credit Recovery and Launch Coordinator
    • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
    • Complies with all board policies and regulations
